Return Policy

1. Conditions for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  1. The return request must be submitted within 15 days after receiving the product;

  2. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories;

  3. A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or payment record) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return (unless they are defective):

  • Customized or personalized products;

  • Complimentary gifts included with your purchase;

  • Intimate apparel, underwear, earrings, cosmetics, or other items related to personal hygiene;

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are beyond reasonable inspection condition.


3. Return Process

  2. After confirmation, we will provide the return address and further instructions;

  3. Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the designated address;

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 15 business days.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Whether the return is due to product quality issues or personal reasons (e.g., dislike, incorrect size), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.


5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method;

  • Bank processing times may cause delays (typically up to 10 business days).


6. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please first return the original product and place a new order, or contact customer support to confirm if a direct exchange is possible.
